PHP Form: A Tool in Surveys
I am a member of a team that works in surveying people’s reactions to the various current events. Since we can not cover a large area with just using our feet and mouth, we resorted to online survey. I was appointed to make the form and I was really terrified that my big bosses will not like my work. I then encountered PHP form, which I used to create my assignment sample survey form. They were very pleased that they made me the form creator.
I returned to becoming a student again as I learn from the PHP form tutorials. I learned a lot. And up to these days, I make many survey forms for our team and everything works out just fine! Sometimes, I also create contact forms for our office. The form made my career flourish and molded me into a much newer me. Thanks to PHP form!
